Yes, each team member works full time exclusively for you, as a true member of your team. They are recruited and onboarded according to your specific needs.

On average, it takes 1 to 3 months between the start of the search and the arrival of the consultant. This depends on the type of profile, their availability, and, if applicable, their notice period before joining us.

The average daily rate depends on the consultant’s salary. Everything is included in the daily price : recruitment management, local permanent contract, onboarding and HR follow-up, access to our equipped offices, IT equipment, and team-building activities. No surprises, no hidden fees.

No initial commitment: you sign nothing until you’ve validated the profile.

Once the mission starts, the notice period is 1 week during the first 3 months, then 2 months thereafter to end the collaboration.
